We're hiring a Senior Courier CRM Team Lead to step into a pivotal leadership position within our global logistics operations. This role focuses entirely on optimizing and elevating the courier lifecycle globally and is located in Rummelsburg, working in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a hybrid team of CRM Specialists and Developers, overseeing the orchestration of complex, multi-channel communication strategies to optimize courier engagement and retention. - Drive communication automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to replace manual operational tasks with scalable solutions, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing overhead. - Spearhead critical tool migration and system integration projects, ensuring our tech stack effectively supports massive global scale and aligns with strategic business transformation goals.
