We're hiring a Senior Courier CRM Team Lead to spearhead the optimization and elevation of our global courier lifecycle across diverse operational models. This role critically impacts our delivery network by ensuring seamless courier engagement and retention in Prenzlauer Berg, working in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee multi-channel communication strategies, including Email, Push, In-App, and WhatsApp, to ensure seamless courier engagement and retention. - Identify opportunities and implement communication automation solutions to replace manual operational tasks and improve overall efficiency. - Lead critical tool migration initiatives and system integrations to ensure our tech stack supports massive global scale and future growth.
