This role creates impact by orchestrating multi-channel communication strategies, ensuring courier engagement and retention across global operations in Neukölln through a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a hybrid CRM team, guiding specialists and developers to optimize courier lifecycle strategies and enhance global logistics efficiency. - Design and execute complex multi-channel communication campaigns using Email, Push, and WhatsApp, achieving seamless courier engagement and retention during transitions. - Drive communication automation initiatives to eliminate manual tasks and lead critical CRM tool migrations, ensuring scalability and a robust tech stack for global operations.
