We're hiring a Senior Courier CRM Team Lead to lead a hybrid team of CRM Specialists and Developers, optimizing the courier lifecycle globally for seamless engagement. This role drives a major strategic business transformation by merging logistics models in Kreuzberg, working in a hybrid arrangement to ensure impact. Key Responsibilities: - Orchestrate complex multi-channel communication strategies across Email, Push, In-App, and WhatsApp, ensuring seamless courier engagement and retention throughout transitions. - Champion operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to drive communication automation, actively replacing manual, time-consuming operational tasks within the team. - Lead critical tool migration initiatives to ensure the CRM tech stack continues to support massive global scale, maintaining system integration and data integrity.
