Key Responsibilities: - Lead a dynamic, hybrid team of CRM Specialists and Developers, optimizing courier lifecycle management globally through innovative strategies and team mentorship. - Orchestrate complex, multi-channel communication strategies across Email, Push, In-App, and WhatsApp, ensuring seamless courier engagement and retention. - Drive communication automation initiatives to replace manual, time-consuming operational tasks, enhancing scalability and efficiency of our global systems.

- 5+ years experience managing, mentoring, and leading high-performing, hybrid CRM teams, focusing on courier lifecycle optimization and strategic oversight. - Deep knowledge of overall CRM strategy, lifecycle management, and user journey mapping, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Braze platforms. - Demonstrated success orchestrating complex communication flows across Email, Push Notifications, In-App messaging, and WhatsApp, driving business change.
