We're hiring a Senior Courier CRM Team Lead to spearhead our global logistics operations, leading a hybrid team focused on optimizing the courier lifecycle. This role creates impact by merging logistics models and orchestrating communications, situated in Alt-Treptow with a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor high-performing, hybrid CRM teams, focusing on CRM Specialists and CRM Automation Developers to optimize global courier operations. - Orchestrate complex, multi-channel communication strategies across Email, Push, In-App, and WhatsApp, ensuring seamless courier engagement and retention. - Drive communication automation initiatives to replace manual operational tasks and lead critical tool migration projects for global scalability.
