We're hiring a Senior Controller to lead financial strategy and process improvement, partnering with executive teams. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, leading monthly close processes and developing actionable financial reports. - Strengthen internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, and lead external audits to enhance financial governance and audit readiness. - Improve inventory accuracy, standard costing, and cash flow management, optimizing working capital and implementing structured forecasting.
