Job description

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance activities across the Enterprise Operations Finance team. This role focuses on month-end and year-end close processes, financial analysis, and audit support in {Location} onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general ledger accounting activities and support timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and financial reporting documentation for compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements. - Support internal and external audits through documentation preparation, analysis, and coordination with auditors to strengthen internal controls. - Partner with Operations, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and expense reporting, driving financial accuracy. - Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to support operational and strategic decision-making, enhancing business performance.

Job requirements

- 3+ years experience in accounting within public accounting, manufacturing, or a SOX-regulated corporate environment. - CPA certification or active progress toward CPA, along with strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, plus strong analytical and organizational abilities.
