Key Responsibilities: - Operate scooters to deliver packages on time, using GPS and route optimization tools to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Handle customer interactions professionally, managing any issues or feedback to maintain high service standards and positive reviews. - Maintain delivery logs and inventory records accurately, using company software to track deliveries and manage stock levels, ensuring operational accuracy and transparency.
