We're hiring a Scooter Courier to efficiently transport food and groceries to customers, integrating seamlessly with our delivery network and local teams. This role creates significant impact by ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction in Rotterdam, operating in an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently transport customer orders using a scooter or e-bike, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to designated locations. - Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, resolving any immediate issues to enhance the overall customer experience. - Adhere to scheduled shifts and traffic regulations, utilizing navigation tools to optimize routes and maintain delivery efficiency.

Job requirements

- Possess a minimum age of 16 years, ensuring legal eligibility for employment in courier and delivery service roles. - Own or have access to an e-bike or scooter, including a valid license and commercial usage insurance for motorized vehicles. - Demonstrate scheduling flexibility to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week, supporting peak delivery times.
