We're hiring a Salesforce Administrator to collaborate with a prestigious organization’s Salesforce project team, gathering requirements and configuring the platform to meet business needs. This role drives impact by ensuring seamless Salesforce operations while maintaining security compliance in Annapolis, MD, and follows a hybrid work model after an initial onsite training period. Key Responsibilities: - Creating and managing users, profiles, roles, and permission sets in Salesforce to ensure secure and efficient access control. - Performing system implementation, configuration, and tuning to optimize Salesforce performance and alignment with business processes. - Developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accurate insights for decision-making.
