Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal or rented eligible 4-door vehicle, adhering to local traffic laws and Uber’s community guidelines to ensure passenger comfort and security. - Utilize the Uber smartphone application effectively for navigation, trip management, and earnings tracking, providing reliable service and prompt arrivals for all requested rides. - Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through polite interaction and efficient route planning, aiming for positive rider ratings and consistent service excellence.
- Access immediate payments with Instant Pay, allowing drivers to cash out their earnings up to 5 times per day for enhanced financial liquidity. - Enjoy unparalleled scheduling flexibility, enabling drivers to independently determine their working hours and drive as much or as little as desired.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years required if under 25 years old) to ensure driving proficiency. - Own or have access to an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone for platform access and effective service delivery. - Consent to a comprehensive driver screening and background check, demonstrating commitment to safety, compliance, and community trust standards.
