We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide on-demand transportation and delivery services, seamlessly connecting riders and customers with their destinations or goods. This role creates impact by offering convenient, flexible service across various locations, operating in a part-time, self-directed work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Operate a personal vehicle safely and efficiently using the Uber app, ensuring timely and comfortable transportation for passengers or delivery items. - Maintain high customer service standards by communicating effectively with riders, managing expectations, and resolving issues to achieve positive ratings and feedback. - Navigate designated areas using in-app GPS and local knowledge, strategically accepting rides to maximize earnings and fulfill promotional trip requirements.
- Achieve a guaranteed earning of at least $1420 by successfully completing 125 trips within your initial 30 days as a new driver. - Enjoy complete control over your working hours and location, allowing for flexible scheduling that aligns with your personal commitments.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the U.S. for individuals 23 years or older, or 3 years if under 23 years of age. - Own a 4-door vehicle, maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license, and ensure continuous vehicle insurance coverage as per regulations.
