We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services, seamlessly connecting passengers with their destinations across various locations. This role creates impact by enabling accessible and flexible travel options for the community, operating onsite and offering a flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the Uber app, ensuring timely arrivals and adherence to all traffic regulations. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing courteous service, addressing passenger needs, and ensuring a comfortable ride experience. - Utilize the Uber platform's navigation and support features effectively, managing trip requests and optimizing routes for efficiency and earnings.

Job benefits

- Earn a guaranteed minimum of $1125 by completing 115 trips in your first 30 days, with earnings available for cash out up to 5 times daily. - Enjoy a flexible work schedule where you control when and where you drive, allowing for balancing work with personal commitments as needed.

Job requirements

- Possess at least one year of driving experience in the U.S., increasing to three years of experience if the applicant is under 23 years old. - Own a 4-door vehicle, maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license, and ensure continuous vehicle insurance coverage as legally mandated. - Utilize problem-solving skills to navigate efficiently using turn-by-turn directions and effectively access 24/7 in-app support when required.
