We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services, connecting seamlessly with riders through the Uber application. This role creates impact by enabling reliable mobility for customers in their local community, operating with high flexibility as an onsite contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations, navigating efficiently using the in-app GPS to ensure timely and secure arrivals. - Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing routine checks and upholding service standards to enhance the rider experience and safety. - Manage personal driving schedule and availability, utilizing the Uber driver application to maximize earning potential and meet personal financial goals.
- Earn at least $1890 guaranteed for completing 150 trips within the first 30 days, with additional potential earnings from tips and promotions. - Enjoy a highly flexible work schedule, allowing drivers to control when and where they operate to fit personal availability.
- Possess at least 1 year of driving experience in the U.S., or 3 years if under 23 years old, demonstrating responsible vehicle operation history. - Operate a 4-door vehicle and maintain valid U.S. driver’s license and current vehicle insurance for compliance and safety standards. - Demonstrate strong personal responsibility and time management to effectively plan routes and maximize efficiency for trip completion.
