Job description

We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide flexible transportation services, contributing to a vast network that seamlessly connects riders with convenient and efficient mobility options. This role directly impacts community mobility and individual earning potential, offering remote work opportunities across various locations with a fully flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal vehicle on public roads, utilizing the Uber driver app to navigate efficiently and accept trip requests, ensuring timely passenger pick-ups and drop-offs. - Maintain high standards of customer service and vehicle cleanliness, effectively communicating with riders and proactively addressing any concerns, resulting in positive ratings and repeat engagement. - Manage personal driving schedule and availability through the Uber platform, tracking earnings and performance metrics, optimizing routes and times to achieve desired income targets.

Job benefits

Job requirements

- Possess a minimum of one year of driving experience in the U.S., increasing to three years of experience for applicants under 23 years old, ensuring proficiency in local driving conditions. - Operate a personal 4-door vehicle that meets platform standards, utilize a valid U.S. driver’s license, and maintain up-to-date vehicle insurance to legally operate. - Demonstrate a strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, managing your own schedule and commitments to consistently meet trip completion targets and maintain driver ratings.
