We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services, seamlessly connecting passengers with their destinations across various locations. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal four-door vehicle to pick up and drop off passengers, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company safety guidelines. - Utilize the Uber driver application for navigation, trip management, and communication with riders, maintaining high service standards and efficiency metrics. - Manage personal driving schedule and availability to maximize earning potential, consistently completing trips to achieve performance targets and guaranteed earnings.
- Cash out earnings up to five times per day using Uber’s Instant Pay feature, providing immediate access to funds earned from completed trips. - Control your own work schedule and driving locations, allowing for unparalleled flexibility to fit driving around personal commitments and preferences. - Access 24/7 in-app support and turn-by-turn navigation assistance, ensuring continuous guidance and problem-solving while on the road.
- Possess at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (three years if under 23) demonstrating consistent on-road performance and safety adherence. - Operate a personal 4-door vehicle and maintain valid U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance, ensuring operational readiness and legal compliance. - Demonstrate strong time management and self-motivation to independently manage trips and availability, consistently meeting personal earning objectives.
