This role creates significant impact by enabling flexible income generation for drivers while operating independently in diverse urban and suburban environments. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently complete a minimum of 115 rideshare or delivery trips within the first 30 days to successfully meet guaranteed earnings and establish consistent earning patterns. - Maintain the vehicle to Uber's safety and operational standards by conducting regular checks, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for passengers/packages. - Utilize the Uber application for turn-by-turn navigation and communicate effectively with passengers/customers to provide a high-quality, reliable service experience.
- Earn at least $1305 guaranteed for completing the first 115 trips within 30 days, with the added flexibility of cashing out earnings up to five times daily. - Benefit from a completely flexible schedule, allowing drivers full control over their work hours and location to seamlessly integrate with personal commitments.
- Possess 1+ years of driving experience in the U.S. (3+ years if under 23 years old) demonstrating a history of safe and reliable vehicle operation. - Own a 4-door vehicle and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and platform requirements. - Exhibit strong communication and navigational skills using the Uber app to provide efficient and customer-focused rideshare and delivery experiences effectively.
