We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services, seamlessly integrating into the dynamic network of independent contractors. This role creates impact by enabling reliable mobility for customers and flexible income for drivers, based in various locations with an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the Uber platform, adhering to traffic laws and maintaining vehicle cleanliness for high satisfaction scores. - Manage flexible driving schedules independently through the Uber app, optimizing personal availability to achieve trip targets and maximize daily earnings. - Utilize the in-app navigation and support features for efficient routing and issue resolution, ensuring smooth operations and a positive driver experience.
- Earn at least $1125 guaranteed for completing 115 trips within the first 30 days, with the option to cash out earnings up to 5 times daily. - Benefit from a highly flexible schedule, allowing drivers to control precisely when and where they choose to drive to suit personal availability.
- Possess at least 1 year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23 years old) for safe and reliable transportation services. - Own a valid U.S. driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a 4-door vehicle to meet platform eligibility standards.
