We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide flexible transportation and delivery services, seamlessly connecting passengers and goods with their destinations across various locations. This role creates impact by empowering individuals to move freely and access necessities, offering a crucial service within their local community through a flexible work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently transport passengers or deliver goods using the Uber platform, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines to ensure timely arrivals. - Maintain a high level of customer service during trips, addressing passenger needs and ensuring a comfortable experience while tracking trip progress via the in-app navigation. - Manage personal driving schedule and availability through the Uber app, optimizing earning potential and responding to ride/delivery requests to meet demand.
- Earn a guaranteed minimum of $1925 by completing 170 trips within your initial 30 days, with additional tips and promotions on top of this amount. - Enjoy complete control over your work schedule and driving location, allowing for a highly flexible arrangement to fit personal commitments.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the U.S., increasing to 3 years if you are under 23 years old. - Own a 4-door vehicle, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, and maintain current vehicle insurance for all operational periods.
