This role creates impact by connecting riders with reliable transport and drivers with earning potential, operating across various locations in a flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Operate a personal or rented eligible 4-door vehicle to transport passengers, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey with a high customer satisfaction rate. - Manage earnings and schedules through the Uber application, utilizing Instant Pay up to five times daily for immediate financial access and control. - Adhere to minimum age, driving experience (1+ year in US), and background check requirements, maintaining compliance for continued platform access and service provision.
- Receive earnings up to 5 times daily with Instant Pay, providing immediate access to funds and enhanced financial liquidity. - Maintain complete schedule flexibility by deciding driving hours, allowing for self-directed work-life balance and personal autonomy. - Access vehicle rental partners for hourly, daily, or weekly use, supporting drivers without personal vehicles to join the platform.
- Possess a minimum of one year of licensed driving experience in the US (three years if under 25 years old) to ensure driver proficiency. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and possess an iPhone or Android smartphone for platform access and navigation. - Consent to a comprehensive driver screening and background check, demonstrating commitment to safety and compliance.
