This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and community connectivity, allowing you to earn flexibly in your local city, working onsite as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers or deliveries using the Uber application, adhering to all local traffic laws and ensuring a positive user experience. - Manage personal driving schedule efficiently to maximize earning potential, utilizing in-app features for trip requests and route optimization. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational standards, conducting regular pre-trip checks to ensure reliability and rider or customer comfort.
- Potential to earn $27.89 per hour based on median driver earnings in specific locations and timeframes. - Flexibility to cash out earnings up to 5 times daily using Instant Pay for immediate financial access. - Complete autonomy to decide personal driving hours and earning targets, fitting work around individual schedules and needs.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25 years old) to ensure driving proficiency. - Utilize an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone to access and operate the Uber driver application. - Demonstrate reliability and accountability by consenting to and successfully passing all required driver screening and background checks.
