As a Rideshare Driver, you create impact by ensuring timely and comfortable rides for passengers, contributing to a vital on-demand service in local communities. This role is performed onsite, with the flexibility to choose working hours. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, maintaining high safety standards and adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. - Utilize the Uber driver application efficiently for navigation, trip acceptance, and managing earnings, ensuring smooth operations and reliable service delivery. - Provide excellent customer service to riders, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience to achieve high ratings and foster repeat business.
- Earn a guaranteed minimum of $1925 for completing your first 160 trips within 30 days, alongside receiving tips and additional promotions for your driving efforts. - Enjoy a fully flexible schedule, choosing when and where you drive, with the ability to cash out earnings up to five times a day using Uber’s Instant Pay feature. - Access 24/7 in-app support and turn-by-turn directions, ensuring continuous assistance and guidance to enhance your driving experience and overall performance.
- Have at least 1 year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23 years old) to ensure proficiency and safety on the roads. - Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and a reliable 4-door vehicle for safe and compliant passenger transportation. - Demonstrate strong independence and self-management skills to effectively control your schedule and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
