We're hiring drivers to transport passengers using the Uber platform, providing flexible earning opportunities within local communities. This role offers autonomy and the chance to be your own boss, with explicit mention of the {Location} and {Work_Mode}. Key Responsibilities: - Transport passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations using the Uber app, adhering to all traffic laws and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive rider experience. - Navigate routes effectively using turn-by-turn directions and GPS, proactively communicating with riders about estimated arrival times and any potential delays to maintain punctuality. - Manage flexible working hours, driving as much or as little as desired, to achieve personal income goals while leveraging the Uber platform's support and guaranteed earnings initiatives.
- Guaranteed earnings of at least $1275 for completing 115 trips within the first 30 days, with the potential to earn more through tips and promotions. - Flexible schedule allowing drivers to control when and where they drive, accommodating part-time, full-time, seasonal, or temporary work needs. - Access to Uber's Instant Pay to cash out earnings up to 5 times a day, providing immediate access to income. Access to 24/7 support from Uber.
- At least one year of driving experience in the U.S. is required; 3 years of experience is needed for drivers under 23 years old. - Must be 21 years old or older, possess a 4-door vehicle, a valid U.S. driver's license, and vehicle insurance. - Previous experience in transportation or ridesharing roles is beneficial but not strictly required; all backgrounds are welcome.
