We're hiring a Retail Media Campaign Analyst to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of our local Retail Media team, collaborating closely with Retail Media Managers. This role translates complex performance datasets into actionable insights, maximizing campaign revenue and proving ROI for partners, working in Berlin with a Hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor campaign performance and optimize digital advertising campaigns, utilizing data-led strategies to consistently achieve and exceed defined client KPIs. - Serve as the primary analytical partner for Retail Media Managers, providing campaign performance insights, custom reports, and specialized ad-tech expertise. - Generate actionable insights from diverse campaign and market data, driving long-term partner success and identifying strategic upselling opportunities effectively.
