We're hiring a Retail Media Campaign Analyst to serve as the analytical and operational backbone for our local Retail Media team, supporting data-driven planning and optimization across advertising campaigns. This role critically translates complex performance datasets into actionable insights, maximizing campaign revenue and proving ROI for partners, operating from Berlin in a hybrid capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Systematically evaluate performance data to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, supporting Commercial Managers in business reviews to drive partner success. - Build, automate, and maintain performance dashboards, preparing and co-delivering presentations for key accounts to ensure high-quality performance reporting. - Collaborate closely with Ad Operations, Data, and Product teams to continuously improve local campaign reporting standards and analytics infrastructure efficiency.

- Demonstrate proven expertise in campaign analytics, reporting, and optimization across Retail Media, Search (SEA), Display Advertising, or related digital channels. - Possess a deep understanding of ad serving, DSP, SSP, analytics platforms, Programmatic Advertising, and hands-on experience querying complex datasets using SQL/Tableau. - Exhibit strong communication skills, effectively translating complex data into clear, commercial stories for both internal teams and external clients.
