Job description

We're hiring a Retail Media Campaign Analyst to form the analytical and operational backbone of our local Retail Media team in Germany, working closely with Retail Media Managers. This role creates impact by translating complex performance datasets into actionable insights, maximizing campaign revenue, and proving ROI for partners, working in Berlin with a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Provide analytical support, monitor performance, and continuously optimize Retail Media and digital advertising campaigns using data to consistently hit client KPIs. - Serve as the primary analytical partner for Retail Media Managers, providing campaign performance insights, fulfilling custom reporting, and advising on ad-tech topics. - Generate actionable insights from detailed campaign performance and market data analysis, proactively driving long-term success and growth for partners.

Job requirements

- Demonstrate proven expertise in campaign analytics, reporting, and optimization across Retail Media, Search (SEA), Display Advertising, and related digital channels. - Possess deep understanding of ad serving, DSP, SSP, analytics platforms, Programmatic Advertising, and hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. - Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively translate complex data into clear, compelling commercial narratives for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
