We're hiring a Retail Media Campaign Analyst to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of our local Retail Media team in Germany, collaborating closely with managers. This role maximizes campaign revenue and proves partner ROI by translating performance data into actionable insights, creating significant impact in hybrid Berlin. Key Responsibilities: - Provide analytical support, monitor performance, and continuously optimize Retail Media and digital advertising campaigns to consistently achieve client Key Performance Indicators. - Generate actionable insights from campaign performance and market data, acting as the primary analytical partner to drive long-term partner success and growth. - Build, automate, and maintain performance dashboards using tools like SQL/Tableau/Looker, preparing and occasionally co-delivering presentations for key accounts to showcase results.
