Job description

We're hiring a Retail Media Campaign Analyst to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of our local Retail Media team in Germany. This role works closely with Retail Media Managers to ensure data-driven campaign success. The analyst will translate complex performance datasets into actionable insights, maximize campaign revenue, and prove ROI for partners, operating from Berlin in a Hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Provide analytical support, performance monitoring, and continuous data-led optimization for Retail Media campaigns to consistently hit client KPIs. - Serve as primary analytical partner for Retail Media Managers regarding campaign performance, custom reporting requests, and ad-tech topics. - Generate actionable insights from campaign performance and market data to drive long-term partner success and identify upselling opportunities.

Job requirements

- Demonstrate proven expertise in campaign analytics, reporting, and optimization across Retail Media, Search (SEA), Display Advertising, or related digital channels. - Possess a deep understanding of ad serving, DSP, SSP, and analytics platforms, with hands-on experience querying and visualizing complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. - Exhibit strong communication skills, effectively translating complex data into clear, commercial stories for both internal teams and external clients.
