We're hiring a Remodel Sales Consultant to join our growing Remodel Department and focus on meeting homeowners, building trust, and guiding them through remodeling projects. This role creates impact by meeting customers to discuss remodel plans, providing expert guidance, and ensuring project completion in the Greater Austin area using a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations to build rapport, uncover project goals, and provide expert guidance on remodeling solutions. - Present remodeling solutions, educate customers on options, prepare and present project proposals and pricing, and maintain a strong closing ratio. - Collaborate with project managers and team to ensure a smooth handoff after sale, maintaining accurate notes, documentation, and CRM updates.
