This role creates impact by aligning people strategies with business goals in Milwaukee (onsite) and Morton Grove, IL, while supporting remote teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead HR strategy and execution across Milwaukee, WI, Morton Grove, IL, and remote sites, ensuring consistent and compliant HR processes. - Partner with regional leadership to align people strategies with business goals, driving standardized HR program execution. - Design, implement, and manage HR programs (staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management) while ensuring scalability and alignment with company policies.
- 5+ years of HR experience with 1–3 years in leadership roles, including union environment expertise and labor relations. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices. - Experience managing HR systems (HRIS), data accuracy, and reporting improvements in multi-site or manufacturing environments.
