Job description

We're hiring a QEHS Systems and Compliance Specialist to support the QEHS program at our North Carolina facility through management system coordination, document control, audit support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on supporting integrated QEHS systems, maintaining certifications, improving document and change management processes, and partnering with site leadership to strengthen safety, sustainability, accountability, and operational excellence in an onsite, full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Support the global quality strategy of the Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling segment and the quality program for the North Carolina location by aligning processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Help maintain an integrated management system that supports ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 certifications to ensure adherence to international environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety standards. - Support future expansion of management systems related to R2, RIOS, LEED, and e-Stewards standards to enhance sustainability and compliance initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience with 0+ years in QEHS management systems. - Experience with SharePoint, EHSInsight, or similar digital systems for document and change management, along with strong technical skills in compliance and risk assessment. - Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams without direct authority, demonstrating collaboration and problem-solving in industrial environments.
