We're hiring a QEHS Specialist to support the QEHS program at our North Carolina facility by maintaining management systems, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. This role creates impact at our North Carolina facility with an onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Support the global quality strategy of the Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling segment and the quality program for the North Carolina location by aligning processes and ensuring consistency. - Help maintain an integrated management system that supports ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 certifications to ensure compliance and operational excellence. - Support future expansion of management systems related to R2, RIOS, LEED, and e-Stewards standards to enhance sustainability and quality initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience with 0+ years in QEHS management systems. - Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards and tools like SharePoint or EHSInsight for document and change management. - Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with operational and compliance goals.
