Job description

We're hiring a Propane Dispatcher to serve as the operational hub for Stockton, CA, optimizing routes and leading a team of drivers. This role ensures timely deliveries, resolves logistical challenges, and maintains safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, distribute, and monitor daily route assignments using dispatch software to ensure customers receive strictly scheduled deliveries. - Manage day-to-day responsibilities for a 5-10 driver team, including time and attendance monitoring to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. - Think critically to resolve on-the-road logistical hurdles, route changes, and organize resources to meet daily operational goals.

Job requirements
