Job description

We're hiring a Pool Repair Technician to service and maintain residential swimming pools and spas, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This role involves traveling to customer locations in Napa Valley, performing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and water chemistry maintenance. The position is full-time and requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive a company vehicle to customer locations for scheduled service and repair work, ensuring timely and professional service delivery. - Install, repair, and troubleshoot heaters, pumps, and complete equipment sets, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. - Program pool automation systems both on-site and remotely, ensuring clients can easily manage their pool systems. - Replace pool lights, seals, and gaskets, ensuring all components meet safety and functionality standards. - Test swimming pool and spa water chemistry, rebalancing as needed by adding chlorine, acid, and other chemicals to maintain optimal conditions. - Perform all types of pool-related leak detection and repairs, ensuring minimal water waste and damage.

Job requirements

- 2-3 years of experience as a Pool Repair Technician, including equipment diagnostics and water chemistry maintenance. - Strong knowledge of pool cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment programming, along with plumbing and electrical skills. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
