Job description

We're hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to carry out treatment plans and work hands-on with patients recovering from personal injury and workers’ compensation cases in Wheat Ridge, CO. This role creates impact by ensuring smooth patient flow, clear documentation, and close collaboration with PTs and the clinical team in a structured clinic setting with full-time hours and no weekend requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist, ensuring alignment with patient recovery goals. - Work hands-on with patients recovering from personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, guiding them through exercises and manual techniques. - Maintain smooth patient flow while ensuring quality of care, documenting treatments clearly and communicating closely with PTs and the clinical team.

Job requirements
