Job description

We're hiring a Payroll Administrator to manage accurate and timely payroll processing while serving as a trusted advisor for clients. This role operates from our office in Gouda with hybrid work options and is part of a professional team of 30 payroll specialists. The position ensures compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements (CAOs) while proactively identifying discrepancies and optimizing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage payroll processing for a portfolio of up to 5 clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements for organizations ranging from 100 to 7,500 employees. - Utilize AFAS software and proprietary tools to process payroll, signal deviations, and generate analyses, reducing manual corrections and enabling strategic advisory. - Act as a subject-matter expert for complex payroll and HR issues, providing proactive advice on CAO-related and wage component queries while initiating process improvements.

Job benefits

Job requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll administration, including handling complex CAOs and legal compliance. - PDL and/or VPS diploma (or willingness to obtain it) and an HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking. - Strong Dutch language proficiency, analytical skills, and client-focused communication to resolve complex payroll and HR issues.
