Job description

We're hiring a Part-time Courier to efficiently deliver food and groceries, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's reputation for reliable service. This role creates impact by connecting customers with their orders in Rotterdam, operating on an onsite basis, directly enhancing the local community's access to diverse cuisine. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and promptly transport food orders using a personal or company-provided vehicle, adhering to traffic laws and maintaining delivery efficiency KPIs. - Engage courteously with customers during deliveries, confirming order accuracy and providing exceptional service to ensure positive brand interactions. - Coordinate closely with the local support team and restaurant staff, resolving delivery challenges to maintain operational flow and timely order completion.

Job requirements

- Demonstrate reliable experience in a customer-facing role, ensuring positive interactions while managing time-sensitive deliveries effectively. - Possess a personal e-bike or scooter for deliveries, or a vehicle with a valid driving license and commercial insurance where applicable for motorized transport. - Exhibit strong availability to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening, adapting to a pre-scheduled roster to meet delivery demands.
