We're hiring a Part-time Courier to deliver food and groceries to our customers in Haarlem. This role creates impact by ensuring timely deliveries and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role is based in Haarlem and is onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and pack orders accurately, ensuring all items are included and meet quality standards, resulting in a 95% or higher order accuracy rate. - Navigate efficiently through designated delivery routes using GPS technology, maintaining an average delivery time of 30 minutes or less per order. - Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly, achieving a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher.
