Job description

We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth by expanding our network of referral partners and acquiring new clients in the Springfield, MO market. This role creates impact by leveraging existing relationships to generate high-quality referrals and direct sales, operating remotely with in-person client outreach in Springfield, MO. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain a network of referral sources such as commercial property owners, contractors, realtors, and insurance agents to generate a steady pipeline of high-quality referrals. - Conduct educational meetings and consultations with referral partners and clients to articulate the value of public adjusting services and identify their needs. - Evaluate and process insurance claims submitted by referral partners to determine viability and ensure alignment with company standards. - Generate qualified leads through direct outreach to residential and commercial property owners and nurture these leads until contract signing or closure. - Prepare periodic activity reports, territorial sales forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic planning and performance tracking. - Recommend improvements to marketing materials and sales processes based on client feedback and field experience.

Job requirements

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in commercial property, insurance, or related fields. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, and CRM systems for lead tracking and client management. - Strong customer service orientation with analytical problem-solving skills to assess claims and client needs.
