Job description

We're hiring an Orthodontist to provide high-quality orthodontic care in a high-volume, production-driven environment, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal treatment outcomes. This role creates significant impact by managing 85+ patients daily across multiple locations in Phoenix West Valley, operating with full clinical autonomy and strong support teams. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat orthodontic cases (braces and aligners) for 85+ patients per day, ensuring accurate and efficient care delivery. - Drive case starts and optimize treatment timelines by leveraging strong new patient flow and referral systems from in-house general practitioners. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in real-time, supported by streamlined workflows and experienced clinical teams. - Collaborate with General Dentists and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive patient care and operational efficiency.

Job requirements
