We're hiring an Optometrist to perform comprehensive eye exams and manage ocular diseases in a high-volume, collaborative setting. This role creates impact by providing top-tier patient care in Danvers, MA, with a full-time, in-person schedule requiring Fridays and excluding evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess visual acuity, prescribe corrective lenses, and identify ocular diseases with 95%+ accuracy. - Diagnose and manage ocular diseases, including glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, ensuring timely referrals for surgical co-management. - Co-manage pre- and post-op surgical care for cataract and LASIK patients, achieving a 90%+ patient satisfaction rate in follow-ups.
