We're hiring an O2C Accountant to support UK Restaurant Partners in our Global Finance team, acting as a trusted operational finance contact. This role ensures seamless financial operations and exceptional partner experience in the UK by collaborating across teams onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Change of Ownership and CORDs processes, safeguarding partner bank details to ensure timely, accurate payments with high integrity. - Review and process partner bank forms within our 2-day SLA, maintaining comprehensive documentation on Google Drive to drive operational excellence. - Oversee the weekly payment holds list, proactively resolving queries prior to payment runs to minimize held values and durations effectively.
- Practical experience working within a finance or accounting environment, applying knowledge to support UK Restaurant Partners effectively. - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with Dynamics 365, Zendesk, or Google Workspace is a plus. - Clear, empathetic communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with partners and internal teams professionally.
