This role creates impact by ensuring timely, consistent, and high-quality releases of mobile apps to the App Store and Play Store. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee fortnightly releases, coordinating internal sign-offs, quality checks, and hands-on smoke testing with the team to ensure high-quality app deployments. - Act as primary point of contact for release contents, accurately answering or routing queries regarding specific tasks built into each app version for clarity. - Identify process bottlenecks and automation opportunities within Core team workflows and CI/CD pipelines, driving high-impact solutions with technical teams.
- Practical understanding of the full mobile app lifecycle, managing software delivery from development through to app store distribution efficiently. - Proficiency in Jira for tracking release milestones and workflows, coupled with familiarity with CI/CD automation and GitHub for version control. - Adaptable communicator able to distill complex information into clear documentation and actionable status updates, fostering strong stakeholder alignment.
