Key Responsibilities: - Oversee fortnightly releases alongside the wider release team, coordinating internal sign-offs, performing quality checks, and executing hands-on smoke testing to ensure app stability. - Provide clear supervisory guidance to team members, nurturing a collaborative environment where cross-functional partners help each other succeed in release cycles. - Identify process bottlenecks and automation opportunities within Core team workflows and CI/CD pipelines, driving high-impact solutions with technical teams for continuous improvement.
- Gain practical understanding of the full mobile app lifecycle, managing software delivery from development through app store distribution to ensure release success. - Demonstrate strong project management skills with proficiency in Jira, familiar with CI/CD automation concepts and GitHub for engineering collaboration. - Exhibit a collaborative spirit with a strong drive to understand internal and external partners, cultivating relationships based on respect and mutual success.
