Job description

We're hiring a Middle School Math Teacher to deliver high-quality math instruction and foster a love for learning in grades 6-8. This role creates impact by shaping students' academic growth and cultural development in Nashville, TN at an onsite location with a structured daily schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Internalize and execute common curricula, including unit plans, lesson plans, and materials to ensure alignment with school-wide academic goals. - Build achievement-oriented cultures during key moments like morning motivation, lunch, recess, and closing circle to reinforce positive behavior and engagement. - Implement school-wide systems for scholar culture to maintain a consistent and supportive learning environment across all grade levels.

Job requirements

- Valid Tennessee teaching license with appropriate endorsement and a Bachelor’s degree as foundational qualifications. - Full-time teaching experience in a school setting with demonstrated success in a high-performing, diverse community. - Commitment to teaching a daily schedule from 7:17 AM - 3:37 PM and attending 3 weeks of summer professional development starting in July 2026.
