We're hiring a Middle School ELA Teacher to deliver high-impact literacy instruction and foster a culture of achievement for scholars in Grades 6-8. This role creates lasting impact in Nashville, Tennessee at an onsite, full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Internalize and execute common curricula, including unit plans, lesson plans, and materials to ensure alignment with school-wide academic goals. - Build achievement-oriented cultures during key moments like morning motivation, lunch, recess, and closing circle to reinforce positive scholar behaviors. - Implement school-wide systems for scholar culture to maintain a consistent and high-performing learning environment across grades.
