Job description

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and measurement of company-wide marketing initiatives, collaborating with sales, purchasing, and merchandising teams. This role creates impact by executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting company goals from Harrisburg, PA, in an onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO and content marketing, to align with objectives and achieve sales goals. - Analyze consumer behavior and market trends, utilizing campaign performance data, to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and drive positive business outcomes. - Plan and oversee all company sales and marketing events, from food shows to promotional campaigns, ensuring successful execution and maximizing customer engagement.
