We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings and grounds. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours, ensuring timely resolution and resident satisfaction. - Perform apartment turnovers within 9 days, including painting, repairs, and cleaning coordination to prepare units for new tenants efficiently. - Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems to maintain operational functionality.
