Job description

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings and grounds. This role creates impact by maintaining safe, comfortable living environments for residents in {Location} with {Work_Mode} hours. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours, ensuring timely resolution and resident satisfaction. - Perform apartment turnovers within 9 days, including painting, repairs, and cleaning coordination to prepare units for new tenants efficiently. - Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems to maintain operational functionality.

Job requirements
