Job description

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently. This role directly impacts daily operations and overall performance in our Jeffersonville, IN manufacturing facility onsite with a first shift, Monday through Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize downtime and support production efficiency. - Perform maintenance on presses, rollers, and material handling equipment while supporting plant systems like compressed air and dust collection. - Complete preventive maintenance tasks, respond to breakdowns, and read schematics to ensure safety and quality workmanship.

Job requirements

- 3 to 5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. - Ability to read schematics and work independently while ensuring commitment to safety and quality workmanship. - Experience with production equipment and material handling systems in a manufacturing environment.
